Jixin User Agreement

Welcome to Jixin, the application that transforms your precious moments into glowing crystal memories. This Agreement outlines the terms for using our services to capture, tag, and reflect on life's special times.

By accessing or using Jixin, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by the terms described below. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use the application.

1. The Jixin Service

Jixin is a visual memory capsule application designed for personal, non-commercial use. The core service allows you to:

Capture and upload photos to create personal memory capsules.
Tag memories with moods and add personal reflections or notes.
Organize and revisit memories through an immersive 3D card stack or a chronological timeline view.
Experience your memory collection with a unique deep-space purple aesthetic and interactive elements.

The application is provided "as is" for your enjoyment. We continuously work to improve the features and stability of Jixin.

2. Your Content & Responsibilities

You retain all rights to the photos and content ("User Content") you upload to Jixin.

You are solely responsible for the User Content you create and share within the app. Ensure you have the necessary rights to use any uploaded material.
Do not upload content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable.
Jixin is designed as a personal vault. While you control your data, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your device and any local storage.

3. Using Jixin

To ensure a positive experience for all, you agree to use Jixin responsibly.

You may use the application for its intended purpose of personal memory-keeping.
You will not attempt to interfere with or disrupt the application's functionality, reverse engineer its code, or use it to transmit malware.
No account or login is required for basic use. Certain advanced features may be introduced in the future with their own terms.

4. Intellectual Property

The Jixin application, including its unique design, "glowing crystal" visual metaphor, deep-space purple aesthetic, user interface, 3D interaction models, and all related software code, is the property of the Jixin project. The "Jixin" name and logo are trademarks. You may not use them without express prior written permission.

5. Service Modifications & Availability

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Jixin service at any time without prior notice. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the application.
